Grand Falls is an extinct plantation, now an unorganized territory (township) in the East Central Penobscot townships of Penobscot County, Maine. The north half was organized from Township 2 North Division as a plantation in 1840; and the rest in 1884. Grand Falls Plantation surrendered its organization in 1981, and has since been an unorganized territory
